At Momentum Marine, we're committed to providing reliable workmanship, honest advice, and quality service. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we've outlined a few simple terms below.

Our quotes are based on the condition of your vessel at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days. Occasionally, additional issues may become apparent once work has begun. If this happens, we'll contact you to discuss the findings and obtain your approval before carrying out any additional repairs whenever practical.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we've agreed to other arrangements in advance. For larger jobs or special-order parts, a deposit may be required before work commences.

We use quality genuine or trusted aftermarket parts, depending on your preferences and the application. Our workmanship is backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty, while manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts.

Please note that warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, accidental damage, misuse, lack of maintenance, or failures unrelated to the work we've completed.

To ensure every repair has been completed correctly, we may carry out engine testing or a sea trial where necessary. This allows us to verify that your vessel is operating safely and performing as intended before it's returned to you.

We always aim to complete work as efficiently as possible. However, completion times may occasionally be affected by parts availability, supplier delays, weather conditions, or marina access. We'll keep you informed throughout the process if any delays arise.

While we take great care with every vessel entrusted to us, marine environments are demanding and unexpected mechanical failures can occur. Our responsibility is limited to the work we perform, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
